Dahi Sev Puri (also known as Dahi Batata Puri) is a popular Indian street food chaat originating from Mumbai. It consists of crispy, hollow, fried dough balls stuffed with spiced potatoes and chickpeas. These are then generously topped with sweetened yogurt, spicy green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, crunchy fine gram flour noodles (sev), and aromatic spices.
